THINGS TO REMEMBER
- Please make sure you bring along some Photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence) as security and a utility bill (digital copy on phone is fine).
- Card payments only.
- Helmet, inner tube, levers & pump are loaned as part of the hire charge.
- If inner tubes are used they will be charged.
- Over 18s must sign for and supervise under 16 year olds.
- 16 and 17 year olds can ride unsupervised but will not be permitted to supervise under 16s.
- All bikes are to be returned by 4:30pm each day.
- To avoid disappointment we would always advise calling to reserve your bikes before the day.
- For cancellations advised more than 48 hours prior to the hire reservation date: we can either move your booking to an alternative date or provide a refund less 5% card transaction fees and administrative costs. For cancellations advised less than 48 hours prior to the hire reservation date: we can move your booking to an alternative date but refunds are not available.
